2023年6月，何健麒因主演網路劇《傾城嬌妻別招惹我》飾演男一號秦允之從而進入演藝圈，同年在網路劇《當替身我月薪百萬》飾演男主角江卓又一次嶄露頭角。
2024年1月在《落花時節又逢君》中飾演霸氣側漏的蕭鈺，先後又拍攝了芒果定製劇《夏陽的輪迴》、 現代劇《重拾舊愛在今生》、現代劇《如果可以再愛你》、騰訊定製橫屏劇《三嫁魔君》。
