✅Ingredients:
2 eggs, 70g white sugar, 100g corn oil, 135g pure milk, 230g low-gluten flour, 10g matcha powder, 10g baking powder, 90g honey red beans
👉How to:
1⃣. Add eggs➕sugar➕corn oil➕milk into a bowl and mix well until emulsified.
2⃣. Sift in low-gluten flour, baking powder, and matcha powder, stir evenly, add honey red beans and stir evenly.
3⃣. Put the batter into a piping bag, squeeze it into the mold, and sprinkle with a small amount of honey red beans.
4⃣. Preheat the oven in advance, put the mold into the oven, and bake at 175 degrees for 25 minutes. (Add a layer of tin foil when the remaining ten minutes are left to prevent the color from getting too dark and yellowing)
